Today we're going to make the easiest Beef tips or steak tips if you like IHOP Beef tips or IHOP steak tips I'm going To show you the easiest way to make it With a quick and simple recipe now there Are going to be a couple of additions That you can change if you want uh but Recently I was diagnosed with diabetes And uh I am trying to get to a place Where I can lower my A1C so that I'm not Having to get pricked every single day Or have to take medication for it so We're on the road to that we're going to Be doing some keto recipes and some Other things like that but I'm going to Show you the regular recipe and the uh Keto friendly recipe or the diabetes Diet recipe um option so you can do Either one but they both work the same Way and are made the same way as well Let's dive In all right so everything here is going To be in one pot we're going to go ahead And prep it in our ninja foodie XL we we're going to start off with our Meat we want 2 lb of Beef now we're going to prepare Everything in one pot so we don't make a Huge mess uh but you can either marinate It and let it sit in here for 15 minutes Or an hour and marinate I'm actually Going to marinate for 24 hours for best Flavor and being most tender uh but you Get to choose what you want to do first

We're going to go ahead and sprinkle Some meat tenderizer on there to go Ahead and get in there and make it a Little bit more tender while we're Eating just uh sprinkle it over the Meat if you want it a little bit Smoky You can go ahead and add Hickory or Mosquite smoke just a little bit a touch Will Do tablespoon of black pepper over the Top Teaspoon of salt just around the Top now this is where you're going to Get keto or Non-keto uh you can either use a sugar Rep uh replacement like Xylitol 2 Tablespoons or you can use regular sugar So if you're doing a regular recipe and It's not keto 2 tbsp of regular sugar if Not 2 tspoons of Xylitol now if you're using the sugar Replacement we do like this one here Because it is very very fine it's not Really granular like other sugar Replacements uh so I'll have a link down Below if you want to go and try this one Out it's uh it says confectioners super Super uh ground up and Fine all right now we're going to do a Cup of ketchup if you're doing the keto Recipe for this one you can use the Sugar-free keto ketchup here uh if not Just use regular ketchup now we're going To do a half a cup of steak sauce of

Course we prefer A1 but you can use any Steak Sauce on top of that we're going to go Ahead and add of worshire sauce or Wier Shire sauce all right so we're going to Go ahead and put that in on top as you See we're trying to just use one thing So that we don't make a huge mess then We're going to go ahead and add one can Of Coke if you are doing the keto brand I would definitely do the coke with zero Sugar if not then you can go ahead and Use regular Coca-Cola This is going to add some sweetness to It as well as help tenderize the meat as Well right so now what I would do is Just mix it up so that the mixture is Completely coated on all sides of the Meat if you're looking to do this Quickly you can either let it sit here 15 minutes an hour or if you're like me Throw it inside of the refrigerator for 24 hours either in here or inside a Ziploc bag let it marinade for maximum Flavor on the inside and then you move To the next step I'm going to let mine Go ahead and marinate for 24 hours so I Will see you Tomorrow so it's the next day marinating Is done we're going to go ahead and get Some onions in there and do some Pressure got the meat back in the one Pot let's throw three onions inside Chopped up with movie Magic we're going

To go ahead and put on our Lid we are going to go ahead and turn on The Power we're going to click pressure High put it in There for 25 minutes Press Start make sure that your vent is sealed And it's really loose here you just push It over to the side and it's sealed and It's ready to go it's going to pre warm Up and then it's going to go ahead and Count down the 25 Minutes all set and ready we have our Sauteed Onions and our beef steak Tips M it smells delicious and you see Here it's tender falls Apart m That is delicious flavorful Savory Flavor all the way through super tender Melts in your mouth if you love the IHOP Beef tips or the IHOP steak tips this is Super close super Tasty and this is going to be great now Like I said we went ahead and gave you Two recipes uh if you are doing the one That is keto or good for the diabetic Diet Uh definitely make sure that you make Those adjustments uh but this one is Going to be good for our journey as we Are going to try to stay away from the Finger Pricks thank you so much for Watching please make sure that you leave
